2005: Acquired Korean venture capital firm “Sungshin” for $5.2 billion won.
2007: Acquired first Korean public company “Hulif” and invested 52 billion won.
2007: Acquired second public company “GNCO” and invested 39 billion won.
2008: Acquired a Japanese public company “Nihon Seimitsu” (Jasdaq) and invested 900 million yen via GNCO.
2008-2010: Secured 5 billion investment into Korean counterfeit detecting company.
2011: Secured $5 million investment into Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore.
2012: Secured $30 million SPAC deal for a Philippine Hotel operator.
2013: Advised $300 million fund-raising for the “Pan-Asian” fund for SBI Private Equity.
2014: Advised TPG for its fund-raising in Asia for the US 1 billion Asia-focused fund.
2014: Advised merger of Korea’s bio-public company (Samsung Pharmaceutical) with a target private company in Korea.
2015: Launched Fund III “Global Fund LLC”, providing investment and financial consulting to companies in the U.S. and Asia.
2018: Advised Singapore-based blockchain crypto company for funding as well as legal and accounting clearance in the U.S.
2019: Formed partnership with 22 Capital Partners to co-develop a $750 million “Gramercy District” in Loudoun County, Virginia.
2019: Formed partnership with “Sophia AI AngelVest Fund II” for co-managing the premier venture capital fund focusing on AI, Robotics, and Fintech in the U.S. and Greater China region.
