  • 2013: Advised $300 million fund-raising for the “Pan-Asian” fund for SBI Private Equity.

  • 2014: Advised TPG for its fund-raising in Asia for the US 1 billion Asia-focused fund.

  • 2014: Advised merger of Korea’s bio-public company (Samsung Pharmaceutical) with a target private company in Korea.

  • 2015: Launched Fund III “Global Fund LLC”, providing investment and financial consulting to companies in the U.S. and Asia.

  • 2018: Advised Singapore-based blockchain crypto company for funding as well as legal and accounting clearance in the U.S.
